These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the School ERP System (“Platform”) provided by Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Users (administrators, teachers, parents, and students) must adhere to all rules specified by the school. Continued use signifies acceptance of these conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Use the system only for academic and administrative purposes.
• Do not upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.

3. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information entered into the Platform is accurate and up-to-date.

4. System Access & Availability

While efforts are made to ensure 24/7 availability, system downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. The school is not responsible for disruptions beyond control.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, software, and content within the ERP belong to Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre or its authorized technology provider. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform.

6. Suspension or Termination

Misuse of the system or violation of policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

The school is not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or system errors arising from technical failures or misuse of the Platform.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
